Carte Thelethylax minutiflora

Belongs to the ditypic genus: T. isalensis and T. minutiflora.

Herbaceous rheophyte, submerged, basal part thalloid, rubannate, branched and highly entangled, two types of shoots formed on margins. Spathella solitary, apiculate, tearing irregularly at apex at anthesis. 2-valved capsule; 10-20 seeds. Seeds ovoid.

This species is eaten as a salad or vegetable or for seasoning food (http13).
